Carl looked at the ads on Line. It was not enough to go on a holiday and sight see anymore. Now couples were going to mystery castles, mystery tours and mysteries cruises. Now there was an add for Mystery Island. It promise excitement, adventure and a week one would never forget. He shrugged his shoulders, thinking to himself, it is new and different and that is what Carol asked for at dinner just an hour ago. She wanted a different holiday one that she would remember before any children came along.

The MUSHKINS

The Mushkins are small stick like creatures that live deep in the forest. They live in the bark of a tree. They do not wander far from home and only replicate when someone steps on them. She decides to walk around her neighborhood for any suspicious activity but after three weeks gives up. Discover for yourself how love extends from the grave.

Killing them but making it appear as accidents but at first Dan does not believe it not until they are a cross country train.

At the same time he yearns for a simpler time where there are no wars, Terrorists or people that do not care if they take a life. The Monday he goes to school and his and four other people lives are changed as they are kidnapped by the fog. MASQUERADE PARTY

It was the biggest event of the year. A masquerade party that only the talented want to be artists for movies were welcome to by special invitation. After nine months of planning a three day event would determine the winner of the event. First prize was one hundred thousand dollars and to be named the top artist for a movie network. The second prize was for fifty thousand dollars and the third prize was for twenty five thousand dollars. All contestants were vying for the top prize.
Would someone murder to obtain their goal? Stacey Adams, top notch private eye for Ace Detective agency, was about to discover the lengths the artists would take to achieve their dream of the main prize.

THE TELEPHONE GAME

Samantha York has just retired and has a new land telephone with a new number from the phone company. She is almost sorry she took out the phone. The number of calls she receives from strangers are almost too much for her. Some of the calls may be from legitimate businesses at least they asked her if her Ducts need cleaning or carpets needed to be steamed. Other calls or from people that are what she calls scammers. They are not legitimate with their contests, so call calls from the government revenue department or credit card companies that don’t exist.
Then there are the calls for someone named Robert somebody and from collections agencies that do not realize there is a privacy act or think it doesn’t apply to them. Telling them that there is no such person in her household and then receiving even more calls for that person and from the same person and the same agency is driving her to drastic measures. Then her friend and next door neighbor gets hit by a scammer and Samantha is ready to take them on.

THE CABIN IN THE WOODS

Jeff”s Uncle owned the Cabin in the woods and the ten acres that surrounded it. The lake though one could not see it was only five minutes walking distance from the cabin. It was perfect for a fishing weekend away with two of his buddies. That was what Jeff thought when his Uncle gave him permission to use the cabin for the weekend. A weekend he would remember the rest of his life no matter how long or short that life would be.

Should she head for the mountains in the distance but before she does she is befriended by a woman named Sophia.

Annabella is tricked into attending the opening of a new puzzle entertainment business and is now locked in a room with no exit. She must answer questions and solve puzzles to remain alive. There are twelve levels to this game and the computer generated voice promises her freedom if she can solve all twelve levels. Annabella realizes that whoever it is wants her dead and can’t figure out who it is as she has no enemies. Will she figure out how to escape the room in time before her time runs out or will she end up dead?

THE BABY

In a futuristic society, babies are given out by the Storks. A Group of alien like creatures that helped the Earth overcome it’s ability to have children. The more children you have the more you are respected in society. A Society that ensures that the children have all their needs met and so too, the parents.
Midigan has long waited to have a child. At thirty she is still young but for the last ten years had waited at the dock the Storks had long decreed was their dock and where they gave a baby to most of the women waiting. Most, because Midigan didn’t receive a child and now was not only thought of as bad luck to her friends but was alienated from most people in society.

THE BRIDE

In a futuristic society there are three woman to each male born. No matter what science does they can’t change that number. Therefore Laws were changed and now a male can marry three or even four wives. If you are first wife you have more say, are more thought of and do less work than the third or fourth wife. There are still reality shows but it is the male that picks out his bride, though the woman can refuse but if she does she might well live a lonely life.
Janet is twenty-five, single and begins to regret not marrying a good friend of her college days. While she takes part in the program she realizes that she did love him but felt out of place as he was rich and she wasn’t plus she judged herself as plain looking. Discover what true love can and will do and that beauty is really in the eye of the beholder.

THE CROSSING

Sophia was proud to be part of the new gang. They were kids that volunteered their time to help out at old age homes, hospitals, soup kitchens and the lists of things they did could go on forever. They always had a teacher or two that also volunteered their time and services to supervise the teens and also to help out. They would all meet and take one vehicle but this day one teacher had a schedule meeting and had to take his own to be on time for said meeting. The van followed the teacher’s car and they all end up somewhere other than where they are suppose to be. Find out where and if they ever find their way back home again.
